Thai fish cakes

Name: Thai fish cake recipe
Ingredients: 700g (1½lb) white fish, skinned and cut into 2cm (3⁄4in)chunks; 6cm (2½in) piece fresh root ginger, grated; 2 garlic cloves, grated; 1 red chilli, finely chopped; 1 egg; 3 spring onions, finely chopped; 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander; 1 tsp light brown sugar or palm sugar; 1 tsp fish sauce; 1 lime; 40g (1½oz) flour; 3 tbsp vegetable oil
