Ingredients: 600g self-raising flour; 150g mixed dried fruit and peel; 50g dried cranberries; 2 x 7g sachets instant-rise yeast; 90g non-dairy 'butter' (Vitalite/Flora Freedom/Pure); 70g caster sugar; ½tsp ground nutmeg; Zest of 1 orange; 300g marzipan (most shop-bought is vegan); 3tbsp dark rum (or 1tsp alcohol-free rum essence); 250ml non-dairy milk (oat/nut/rice/soya); 50g icing sugar; Rosemary sprigs (optional); Candied or dehydrated orange pieces (optional)
