Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne’s Sierra Towers condo hits the market for $2.4 million

Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, television personality Sharon Osbourne, purchased one of two adjacent West Hollywood condos in 2022 for $2.25 million

About three months after his death, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne’s Sierra Towers condo has come onto the market with a $2.4 million asking price. The Black Sabbath frontman and his wife, television personality Sharon Osbourne, bought the LA aerie in 2022 for $2.25 million. The West Hollywood condo is one of two adjacent units that the reality stars maintained in the celebrity-favored building; they sold their larger unit last year for $4.35 million.

The just-listed pad is a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom home on the high-rise’s 10th floor, with 1,200 square feet of living space. The living room and kitchen feature blonde wood, a mirrored wall, and a line of floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a private terrace, while butter yellow cabinetry and built-ins are found throughout the dwelling.

The open-concept space includes a galley kitchen with a breakfast bar and glossy stone floors. In the bedroom, a built-in desk provides a nook in which to work, while a spa-like ensuite bath offers dual vanities, a bathtub lined with forest green tiles, and another mirrored wall. A walk-in closet and another terrace round out the suite. Like all Sierra Towers units, the dwelling comes with a fleet of amenities, including 24/7 security, valet parking, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a steam room.

Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22 at the age of 76 in the couple’s native England, where he and Sharon had been spending more time in recent years. As such, they had already begun offloading their stateside properties prior to the musician’s passing. This particular unit had previously been listed to rent for $9,500 a month. In 2022, the duo listed their Mediterranean Revival–style mansion in LA’s Hancock Park for $18 million.
